Returns & Exchanges
If you want to refund or exchange any ordered item(s) you can do this within 14 working days from receipt. To return/exchange an item please download a Returns Form from the link below which must be included with your return. All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition, to the address below.
FOR OUR CUSTOMERS LIVING IN GERMANY, WE PROVIDE FREE RETURN LABELS. IF YOU WISH TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO email@example.com FIRST AND WE WILL SEND YOU THE DIGITAL RETURN LABEL BACK TO YOU. YOU JUST NEED TO PRINT THE LABEL AND BRING THE PARCEL TO THE NEXT DHL PARCEL SHOP.
Any sale items which are reduced by 50% (or more) of the original sales price are NON REFUNDABLE and are sold as seen.
Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
